The plugin and these first-party public companion guides are licensed GPL-2.0-or-later. The installable ZIP includes the complete GPL text and its readable PHP, JavaScript, CSS and template source. Preserve the copyright, license, release-owner and upstream notices when redistributing or modifying it. It is provided without warranty under that license. The plugin's Powered by BuiltNotBegged.com player-footer credit is enabled by default and can be hidden in the administrator settings. Turning display off hides its span through the native hidden attribute and scoped CSS; the complete link remains in page HTML and plugin source. This presentation setting does not remove the applicable source copyright or license notices.

Neutral headphone fallback icons are original first-party artwork. Taylor's TQ artwork and credits are preserved for the Taylor presentation profile; other authors can use their own WordPress site identity and icon. The supplied artwork does not represent a transfer of an author's personal identity or endorsement of another website.

WordPress's getID3 and image-editor implementations are used at runtime rather than separately bundled. WordPress, PHP, OpenSSL, browser APIs and optional FluentCRM retain their own licenses, authors and platform requirements. They are not included in this ZIP. No commercial plugin, license key, SDK, customer recording, private credential, runtime database or external service account is bundled.

The download does not contain the private repository's separate internal engineering tools, private deployment scripts or test fixtures. Public redistribution of those separate tools is not part of this plugin download.

The plugin price is free. Hosting, recording storage, an optional external notification provider and any separately selected paid services may have their own costs. A normal installation uses its own WordPress host and does not depend on the publisher's server being online.
